Nuestra estudiante, Ariana O. escribió un correo electrónico formal para quejarse por el servicio recibido en un hotel, expresar su insatisfacción y pedir un reembolso. A continuación su respuesta:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am contacting you regarding the service a group of us received at your hotel on Saturday 22th. My dissatisfaction comes due to the poor communication and venue we were given.

To begin with, we booked four rooms in the luxury area. The booking service had an inconvenience and had already given the room’s key to another couple. We were offered a refund, but still had to pay for the average priced room in the end. The discomfort was accentuated when, having settled down, my friend found a dead coackroach under our coach. The room service apologised and solved the issue, which was thankful.

I would also like to add how we were assured the jacuzzi and gym were open all season, but the former was out of order and the latter did not have functional air conditioning and only had two types of machines, this was not what the images suggested. Needless to say, my disappointment was such that I decided not to go to this area.

In light of the above, I would ask for a refund of a percentage of the sum which was paid. Additionally, I sincerely hope you take responsibility for your business regarding the room service and its employees. Furthermore, deleting the false advertising uploaded to your website.
